What are the goals of the program?
This program is designed to help you achieve a leaner, stronger, and more confident you! I know I know- it’s cheesy but it’s how I roll. It’s simple, follow my program and commit for the next 6 weeks to this challenge and I promise you will see results!
How to schedule the program into a week?
I’ve designed this challenge with 4 workouts per week. There will be an upper body day, lower body, free day (choose one of my core, cardio, or follow along workouts), and a full body day.
Ideally you would structure it as follows - M/T/W/F
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Calculate your macros using my calculator, stick to the program, and incorporate cardio at least 2-3 times per week.
What do I need to participate in this program?
This is an at home challenge but can be done anywhere. All you need are a pair of dumbbells and some courage.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
You can modify all of my workouts to fit your level. Beginner? Increase rest periods between sets. Advanced? Stick to the script.
