Description: Simple Salmon Burgers

Salmon Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries
Makes 6-7 burgers

Ingredients:

Salmon burgers
1 large egg
15 oz of canned wild sockeye salmon (no bones or skin)
¼ cup of Greek yogurt
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
½ cup of almond flour
Garlic and onion powder to taste 
Sprinkle of cayenne
Fresh dill

Sweet Potato Fries:
1 extra-large sweet potato or 2 medium
Avocado oil (I use a spray)

Method
Slice sweet potato, season with avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Put into oven or air fryer at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes
Beat the egg in a mixing bowl
Add rest of salmon burger ingredients to bowl and mix
Heat pan with avocado oil, make sure pan is hot before cooking burgers
Form 1/3 cup of salmon mixture into burger patty, place on hot pan
Cook for about 7 min, flip very gently, cook for another 7 min
Serve on lettuce or regular buns with all the topping! Sweet potato fries should be a great complement to the burgers.
