Intermediate/advanced
fitness levels (and/or some
familiarity with fitness and
exercise equipment)
are recommended,
but beginners are also welcome!
The program is intended and
designed for anyone whose
goal(s) is/are to:
-Build muscle and definition
-Improve both muscular and
cardiorespiratory endurance
-Gain awareness of how their
body performs
-Enhance mobility, flexibility,
and power
-Become more functional in
everyday life
-Seek and learn well-rounded
athleticism
Our bodies are incredible machines: multidimensional,
multifaceted, and complex.
We do not operate in one direction nor function in a single plane.
And when it comes to the numerous dimensions of fitness - strength, power,mobility, balance, coordination, speed, flexibility, endurance -
we need ALL OF IT.
