Welcome to the HYBRID STRONG BODY program: 10 weeks of foundational strength training, conditioning & endurance, and HIIT & power. The program integrates multiple facets of fitness and zeroes in on every major muscle group throughout each week. Plyometric progressions, optimized muscle splits, metabolic conditioning, periodized contrast training, and peripheral heart action are all methods written into the program and fall under the transformative umbrella that is hybrid training.

Hybrid Strong Body

Intermediate/advanced fitness levels (and/or some familiarity with fitness and exercise equipment) are recommended, but beginners are also welcome! The program is intended and designed for anyone whose goal(s) is/are to: -Build muscle and definition -Improve both muscular and cardiorespiratory endurance -Gain awareness of how their body performs -Enhance mobility, flexibility, and power -Become more functional in everyday life -Seek and learn well-rounded athleticism Our bodies are incredible machines: multidimensional, multifaceted, and complex. We do not operate in one direction nor function in a single plane. And when it comes to the numerous dimensions of fitness - strength, power,mobility, balance, coordination, speed, flexibility, endurance - we need ALL OF IT.
