Moms Who Lift Big

Hi! We are Danielle and Kate, and we're LGTB+ moms. Pretty much why it's called The *** Agenda - you can fill that *** in with whatever work you want. With fifteen years of fitness under our belts (not even combined - which dates us, but whatevs), we've been through every gym phase in the last decade. And the only thing we've found that works consistently is just that good ole' fashioned grunt work. Lifting heavy weights, over and over, makes the biggest difference (if you're a woman, man or anything in between). Four kids later, we're still training. Our bodies may not be the same as in our twenties, but that's okay. We still rock our workouts. When we can find a babysitter, we go to the gym. It's why we mom the way we do. We've got 3 boys under 5 and a 22 year old daughter (now we're really dating ourselves). We believe in effective workouts. If something takes me away from family time for 60-90 minutes a day, it better be worth it.
Goals
These workouts will help you build mass and lean out in under 90 minutes (warmup to cool down). They will get your mind right to parent your gremlins, and help you take some me time. Being the best you makes you a better parent. So get in there and lift, bro.
Training Requirements
You need a gym for these workouts. Many things can be substituted for dumbbells, but nothing beats a squat rack. Plus then you get the sweet, sweet release of having headphones in with no one screaming at you. If you can't find someone to look after the fam jam, then we will be posting home workouts in the future.
Accomplishments
We are both working moms of 4, two C-sections between us and a set of twins. We get busy, we get pelvic floor issues (no skipping in this program - trust), and we get how finding time can be hard to do.
