What are the goals of the program?
To get kids moving again! TLAG Kids aims to teach a foundation of body shaping and core control to then improve upon as we begin to teach other skills over time. We will teach skills that can safely be learned at home as well as the strength and flexibility needed to perform skills more efficiently. Please message me if there’s any particular skill your child would like to learn at home!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are for the beginner to intermediate level gymnast who wants to get stronger, more flexible, and have a fun time learning at home!
