Do the workouts require any equipment?
Most TLAG workouts are bodyweight, however, a few exercises or workouts will recommend equipment. Be sure to read the workout’s description before starting! If you need to purchase TLAG bands or sliders, go to the “Insights” section to get your very own TLAG workout kit & support a minority female-owned small business!
