I thought this was a great workout! I didn’t realize h til a few minutes in that the modifications weee at the top of the screen! Also, in the countdown numbers (which are awesome) maybe you could let us know we are transitioning from floor to standing, etc? I’m 49 so it takes more time to get up!😉
