About the program

Peak Performance is an 8-week program designed to challenge and strengthen your entire body. Workouts range from 45–60 minutes, 4 times per week, and combine strength progressions, mobility movements, and power-focused exercises. Every session trains all aspects of the body across various ranges and planes of motion, using a variety of tools including dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, and barbells. Movements are progressive, building off each other not just with weight, but through tempo, instability, and interval variations, creating a complete and dynamic training experience. This isn’t just a workout—it’s a total package for strength, mobility, and performance.

    Hi!, I’m Danielle, a Personal Trainer and Pyramid Breath Coach. I'm originally from Miami, Fl but now live in Talent, OR, with my husband and our fur babies, Cypress and Jack! From battling depression most of my life to surviving a near-fatal boating accident that left me paralyzed (from the knee down in my left leg), every challenge shaped the coach I am today. I know firsthand what it means to rebuild, to adapt, and to discover "Strength Beyond Circumstance." At DCFIT, movement is never about punishment—it’s about self-love. Whether through strength training, mobility work, or breathwork, my goal is to help you move with intention, feel empowered, and create a body and mind that support you through life!
