Peak Performance is an 8-week program designed to challenge and strengthen your entire body. Workouts range from 45–60 minutes, 4 times per week, and combine strength progressions, mobility movements, and power-focused exercises. Every session trains all aspects of the body across various ranges and planes of motion, using a variety of tools including dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, and barbells.
Movements are progressive, building off each other not just with weight, but through tempo, instability, and interval variations, creating a complete and dynamic training experience. This isn’t just a workout—it’s a total package for strength, mobility, and performance.
