Personal Trainer | Group Fitness Instructor

I'm Dani Willis, a Master of Sports and Fitness Administration, NETA certified instructor, ACE certified trainer, Pilates, and Zumba instructor. I want to help other people find their strengths by challenging them. With my family medical history, it sparked my interest in health and human performance. I lost many family members over the years due to their health conditions. I want to help as many people as possible live a healthier lifestyle. Although I love fitness and enjoy being active, I have a full-time job and understand the barriers to having one. Getting a workout in for the day can be challenging, but we will do it together! We will show up for ourselves in my program.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
