About Dani Willis

Online personal trainer

I'm Dani Willis, a Masters of Sports and Fitness Administration, certified instructor and trainer, and Zumba instructor. I've been active my entire life as a cheerleader. In my junior year of high school, I joined the powerlifting team. I competed for two years as a powerlifter. Throughout my time in the competition, I pushed myself, and it showed me my true strength. I found a love for fitness and lifting through powerlifting. I want to help other people find their strengths by challenging them. Powerlifting is one thing that motivated me into this field, but my family medical history encouraged me as well. I lost many family members over the years due to their health conditions. I want to help as many people as possible live a healthier lifestyle. Although I love fitness and enjoy being active, I have a full-time job, and I understand the barriers to having one. It can be challenging to get a workout in for the day, but we will do it together. We will show up for ourselves in my program.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
