It should feel like work, don’t just move for the sake of moving, move your body and the weight with purpose and intent, pushing for more weight or intensity each week.

Eat mindfully, pay attention to how your body feels. Try not to eat till full and most of all prioritize protein.
How to schedule the program into a week? Follow the days in order but if scheduling gets messed up, plan it in a way that the same muscles are not being worked back to back days.
