Do I need to purchase equipment? * You need dumbbells at a varying weight range, a mini resistance band, and a long Theraband. Message me in-app or on IG directly for a recommendation on DB weight best suited for you or your dancer.
*You will also need something like a gym box or bench that is about thigh or hip height. Can also be a sturdy chair, or stair step.
*The endurance workout of the week will require either access to a treadmill, local outdoor running track, OR your known walking path in a neighborhood or park.
