This is a unique program designed specifically for dancers wanting to train smarter and get stronger during the summertime, post-competition season, and before the next school year begins. Easy-to-follow training sessions that progress over 8 weeks in two parts. PLUS an in-app accountability group with all dancers participating in the program. 1:1 Check-ins from me, your dance coach, to keep you on track and best of all, you can take this training with you anywhere and never miss a session.     What makes this app different? How do I know it will work for me?
    If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, it’s understandable to be skeptical. But with the right guidance, support, and fresh content, you can achieve the results you want. Instead of static programs or PDFs with no assistance, this platform offers dynamic, interactive workouts. New programs and instructional videos are added regularly to keep you motivated and engaged. Plus, if you ever need help, you can reach out directly for questions, feedback, or to share your progress!
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    * You need dumbbells at a varying weight range, a mini resistance band, and a long Theraband. Message me in-app or on IG directly for a recommendation on DB weight best suited for you or your dancer. *You will also need something like a gym box or bench that is about thigh or hip height. Can also be a sturdy chair, or stair step. *The endurance workout of the week will require either access to a treadmill, local outdoor running track, OR your known walking path in a neighborhood or park. *optional ankle weights
