Yeah, I don’t think that was a “full body” workout. Definitely a “F your shoulders” workout. The crab things at the end of the second circuit were so hard. My shoulders didn’t want to hold me up anymore. This was a long workout. I guess it makes up for all the “short” ones this week. Glad I finished it.
