nice!! really hard !! unfortunately I was not able to do the jump for 30 seconds but only for 20 seconds. I only managed to do 6 and not 12 in the second exercise of the last set! super tiring! unfortunately I had difficulty switching from one tool to another because in my gym there are few machines and many people .. but even if with a few more seconds of rest I completed all the training !! I am satisfied !!! thank you!
