I'm Dan, and this is my story My name is Dan Altman and my transformation all came down to self-confidence. I first started training Capoeira when I was about to turn 11 and kept playing with other disciplines like yoga, Thai box gymnastics and others. Over the years, I’ve been able to gain long lasting freedom of motion and improve my mentality by implementing certain principles. When I was first starting out, movement was a perfect outlet for the stresses and insecurities I accumulated. Didn’t realize that back then but those session of movement was a meditation — I’d always come out feeling renewed. Despite the physical changes, there’s a more important change that I must emphasize: and that’s a shift in your mental health. The moment you begin to believe in yourself is the moment you begin to see real results. Our history is not our destiny. Get a plan and put it to work!

Our goal is to create a physique that will enable you to move with freedom, make daily tasks easier and transform fitness from something boring and repetitive to something that you enjoy doing.
Training Requirements
Those trainings are for beginners and intermediate all you need have is a rubber band, a pull up bar and parallels.
