        Hi, I’m Crysti! In the beginning of my fitness journey I started with beach body programs, portion control containers, and under eating. Eventually I found my way to the weights and fell in love with body building! In fact, I loved it so much I got certifications in training, nutrition, and started coaching women. I continued to struggle with dieting on and off and was sick of not feeling my best. I learned and switched my approach. I started focusing on healing internally & exercising to become stronger. Since then my health and happiness have never been better! I started realizing there was a lot of confusion around pregnancy and fitness and wanted to know more, so I become certified in pre/peri/postpartum fitness and that sparked a big passion! I’m currently going through my first pregnancy myself and want to continue to help as many moms feel their best throughout their pregnancy journey. I created this app for all women to use at every phase of life so they can feel their strongest before, during, and after pregnancy💛

        Do I need to purchase equipment?
        It depends on the workout! If you choose a gym program, you'll need access to a full gym. My at home programs require at least some long bands and light dumbbells, but there are a lot of workouts inside the app that require no equipment. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
