This workout is going to be a fun one, and a great way to challenge yourself to move a little faster through the workout. The reps for this workout are going to increase by 2 each round. So we are starting with low reps, and building from there! Reps will look like this: 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20….. There is a 30 minute time cap for this workout.
