Set a timer for 15 minutes and you will be switching exercises every minute. You will be working for 40 seconds and resting for 20, but feel free to adjust the work and rest times to make it work for you. If you need more rest, try a 30/30 split, if you are needing less rest bump up your working time to 45 or 50 seconds. You can add this quick workout to any training day for a quick core burn.
