Goals

My Playbook is designed to help Queens take back “self” and accountability at the same time by being able to: Reset, Refocus, Reload, Release so that their able to Receive those results mentally & physically! Our goal is to increase lean muscle all while building and toning our entire body with compound exercises/movements! Remember, Your Body, Your Pace, Your Results!

Training Requirements

My workouts may be done at your own convenience anytime from anywhere, “No gym”, no problem. Here we will focus on using our own body weight as our resistance. We will get creative with “compound” exercises that allow us to use more than one muscle group at a time. I have given a list below of “free” weights that I will be occasionally using. Optional: Yoga mat, 3pk resistance bands , “Core” disc/sliders ,Glute/Booty band, (pair) ankle weights (5lbs-10lbs), kettlebell (10lbs-15lbs)
