Here you will see a lot of volume and progressive overload work, hitting all three heads of the delts. In all workouts, triceps are worked very last, or incorporated at the end of the workout. There is a 60 second rest time. But feel free to rest up to three minutes between each set. As reps decrease your weight will increase. There will be new workouts added weekly, more likely every Sunday so you have for the upcoming week. Enjoy 🤗
