You will notice ALOT of the same exercises repeatedly. This is good! You will notice some will have tempo or pause so please watch for that. Itโ€™s there to challenge that peach. Doing the same exercises over and over week after week is exactly what you want to grow a nice juicy ๐Ÿ‘ in my own program I aim to hit glutes 2 days a week. I aim for Mondays and Thursdays to give enough time to recover. Please also note my foot placement in all exercises. Doing so will give you maximum results and mind to muscle connection. Enjoy, this glute program is my baby and something I feel I specialize in ๐Ÿ™ƒ There will be new workouts added weekly, more likely every Sunday so you have for the upcoming week.
