    Hey, I’m Courtney—founder of Thrive in Chaos Fitness and the trainer you call when you’re done with extremes, guilt, and perfection. I’m a certified NASM CPT, Nutrition Coach, WAG Coach, and PN1 certified, but more than that—I’m a foster mom, chaos manager, and someone who’s lived this firsthand.     What equipment do I need?
    Just dumbbells. That’s it. Fancy gyms and ring lights are optional.
    What if I’m new to strength training?
    Then welcome. Every workout includes cues, regressions, and smart progression. You won’t be thrown to the wolves.
    Will this help me lose weight?
    Yes—but more importantly, it’ll help you lose the heaviness of inconsistency, self-doubt, and routines that don’t fit your life. (Also, yes, fat loss is built in.)
    Is this okay to do at home?
    Yes. Home, gym, hotel room—anywhere with gravity and a good attitude.
    What if I miss a workout?
    You move on. Guilt is not part of this program. Grace + grit only.
    Is there cardio?
    There are short burn-style finishers, but no sad, soul-sucking burpee fests. This is strength first, always.
