    YES. This program is designed for anyone ready to feel stronger, leaner, and more confident—whether this is Day 1 or Week 100.
    Will I lose fat?
    You’ll build lean muscle and burn fat through strength-based conditioning. If fat loss is your goal, pair this with a simple nutrition plan (I’ve got one for you).
    How long are the workouts?
    Most workouts are 30–35 minutes max. Every week includes a shorter “core + accessory” day to balance your schedule.
    What equipment do I need?
    Just dumbbells. That’s it. No machines, no gym membership, no excuses.
