The 30 for 30 Program is designed to help you fall in love with movement, build lean muscle and shred calories in just 30 minutes a day.! About Corrina Montejano

7 + Years YTT, Pilates, HIIT & Strength Instructor

Yoga healed me, Pilates transformed my body, Strength Training ignited my fire and HIIT/Cardio/Running became release. From a tech layoff, to sobriety, to becoming a full time in-studio and at-home Pilates & Strength Coach; it's been a climb...but I know it was always meant to lead me here, with you. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
