WELCOME!!! To our newest collection, POWER AND BUILD!💪🏼 These are full length classes designed for MEDIUM/HEAVY Weights. What better way to push our bodies then adding in 1-2 progressive overloading classes a week?! In these classes the goal is to hit maximum fatigue of our muscles through heavy resistance training. This means slow, controlled powerful reps and intention movements to target and build new lean muscle mass. Every class is designed to deeply target a specific muscle group: Upper Body, Lower Body, Core and Full Body. Please use these like universal classes you can take over and over again and progress to heavier weights!! I will be including these PWR Classes in the Daily Shred of course, and will be adding ONE new PWR class a week to continue to challenge our mental and physical strength. STRONG 2024 HERE WE GO!

About Corrina Montejano

7 + Years YTT, Pilates, HIIT & Strength Instructor

Yoga healed me, Pilates transformed my body, Strength Training ignited my fire and HIIT/Cardio/Running became release. From a tech layoff, to sobriety, to becoming a full time in-studio and at-home Pilates & Strength Coach; it's been a climb...but I know it was always meant to lead me here, with you. Movement has been my heartbeat that pushed me through every challenge, every terrifying leap of this crazy life...but more importantly, it helped me uncover that supporting others to find their voice and discover their strength within, is my soul-led purpose. My goal is to simply show you every day, for you. To bring the studio to your home, give you that in-class experience because life is HARD and finding time for you is not easy...I will make sure you NEVER feel alone & no matter where you are; you know you have a home, with us, on your mat.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
