It's Pilates...with a challenging twist ;)
Welcome to Next Level Pilates: a low impact workout combined with strength training, bursts of cardio, and rhythm based movements to sculpt the body from head to toe.
This collection stems from the root of pilates: a focus on core, control, and deep, intentional movements to recruit new muscles and hit maximum fatigue throughout the entire body--but with a spicy twist of circuit style burnouts and elements of cardio, killer finishers, and unique sequences for the ultimate challenge!
If you are just beginning, or far along in your fitness journey, these classes are for all levels! I will have low impact, beginner classes, to intermediate/advanced classes.
They will range from 5 Minute to 40 Minute classes and as always, will require minimal equipment: either a set of light dumbbells, or a foam roller roller!
There has yet to be a class I took that didn't leave me feeling like a sweaty noodle--but the feeling after is so worth it.
