This collection stems from the root of pilates with focus on core, control, and deep, intentional movements to recruit new muscles and hit maximum fatigue throughout the entire body… but with a spicy twist of circuit style burnouts and elements of cardio, HIIT, Yoga killer finishers, and unique sequences for the ultimate head to toe sculpting experience! About the program

It's Pilates...with a challenging twist ;) Welcome to Next Level Pilates: -a full collection of low impact to high intensity workouts for every level, anywhere, anytime! This collection stems from the root of pilates: a focus on core, control, and deep, intentional movements to recruit new muscles and hit maximum fatigue throughout the entire body… 🌶️🌶️but with a spicy twist of circuit style burnouts and elements of cardio, killer finishers, and unique sequences for the ultimate challenge! -combined with strength training, yoga, tabata, hiit -bursts of cardio, -and rhythm based movements to sculpt the body from head to toe. If you are just beginning, or far along in your fitness journey, these classes are for all levels! I will have low impact, beginner classes, to intermediate/advanced classes. ⏰They will range from 5 Minute to 50 Minute classes and as always, 🫶🏼will require minimal equipment: either a set of light dumbbells, or a foam roller roller! There has yet to be a class I took that didn't leave me feeling like a sweaty noodle--but the feeling after is so worth it. See you there!!😍🤝

    Hi team! My name is Corri and I have been leading HIIT fitness for over 4 years here in San Francisco. Movement and strength have changed my life in more ways than I can count...and my passion lies in empowering others to find their strength within while creating a safe place where we can burn, grow, connect and inspire one another.     Frequently asked questions

    Will there my any pilates equipment required for these classes?
    No, all you will be needing are a set of light dumbbells, a yoga block and a yoga mat! No reformers, balls, bands are needed but you can also include these into your practice.
    What is the time commitment for these classes?
    They range from 10 - 50 Minute classes, so whether you are looking for a quick targeted burnout or a juicy full body cardio sculpt there will be plenty options for you.
    I am just getting started in my fitness journey, are these classes for me?
    Yes! the beauty of next level pilates is we focus on basis, foundational movements but work on deep hold/pulses/efforts for maximum muscle tone and fatigue. Meaning there will be minimal high impact or high intensity movements and there are always options to modify throughout these classes too.
    So these are follow along classes, correct?
    Yes, these classes are all youtube style workouts meaning I will tackling the entire workout with you, cueing you into each movement. I will music, timer and motivation all covered for you in each class--it's as if you are in a studio pilates class, without the commute or $$$ membership!
    What makes these classes unique?
    Imagine combining Soulcycle, Corepower, Barrys and Peloton into one home workout experience. I focus pushing my students in challenging sequences, pushing to the beat drops and guiding you through an uplifting experience for each class.
