Description: Bodyweight Workout 6

Start slow and increase pace each round, moving for 5 minutes total

- Start by standing with your feet together - In one motion, jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head - Immediately reverse the motion by jumping back to the starting position - Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Jumping jacks

- Begin with feet shoulder width apart
- Bend at the waist and walk hands out to a push up position
- Lower body down
- Press through your arms to rise back up
- Walk hands back towards your legs and stand up

Walk out + push up

- Lunge forward alternating legs
- Don't allow your knee to surpass your toes

Body weight walking lunges

- Raise your hips off the ground in a side position with you elbow under your shoulder
- Reach down underneath your chest and then rotate up to the ceiling, squeezing your mid back 
- Repeating back and forth for reps

Side plank rotations

Warm it up

This is a 10:00 amrap so we are going to move through these 3 movements as many times as possible in 10:00. This is a great one for total body, legs, core and arms/shoulders!

- Start in a plank position 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Mountain climbers

- these are heels elevated squats so stand on anything that is 1-2 inches (plate, book, mat, etc) 
- keep your feet closer together like the video
- focus on controlling the way down and being explosive up

Cyclist squats

- Begin in a high plank position
- Alternately tuck one knee in while you tap your foot with the opposite hand
- Repeating back and forth for time or reps
