It’s a great viewing experience but toggling between “exercises and rest time” is annoying. Feels like I’m on my phone the whole time. Other than that very nice looking app and great videos+ exercise descriptions

This workout destroyed my entire body. Legs and upper body are on fire. Be prepared to push yourself on the finisher!!
