Having been a high-level and multi-sport athlete my entire life, fitness and performance have been a part of me since I was born. With my diverse background in Athletics, Rehab, and Functional Fitness Coaching, I developed The Daily FLO programs to help you achieve your highest potential in fitness and health. Iโ€™ve helped hundreds of thousands of people through Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube stay fit and improve their mobility throughout the pandemic, and my mission is to bring this style of training to millions across the world. I'm a beginner, is The Daily FLO for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, The Daily FLO can help you succeed. Whether you are hitting one of my own minimalist or beginner workouts, or surfing around to other fitness professional profiles, there are programs posted in the app for any level of fitness. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means youโ€™ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! I have workouts and programs, along with other trainers on The Daily FLO app, that DO NOT require equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells, kettlebells, or a yoga mat) and some that require access to a full gym. Thereโ€™s something for everyone โ€” regardless of equipment โ€” to help you get in shape.
How often will you put out new workouts?
Every. Single. Week! You can follow along with my own personal daily workouts sessions or try out any of my pre-written programs.
