Absolutely destroyed my shoulders and core today, felt the delts ๐Ÿ˜‚ and everything , added hanging knee tucks and cable chops to wrap up the core as well. Feeling great now that Iโ€™ve wrapped the weekend up !

Very much underestimated the plate workoutsโ€ฆ overall power workout for the core and shoulders, ended in some real sweat ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ”ฅ
