I did 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps before my 5 working sets.

Absolutely destroyed my shoulders and core today, felt the delts ๐ and everything , added hanging knee tucks and cable chops to wrap up the core as well. Feeling great now that Iโve wrapped the weekend up !
