Warm up:
•2-4 sets of hang clean/press. I started with the bar and worked my way up (10-15 reps) each set.

Subbed the Battle Rope routine with Med Ball Slams. The hang clean to shoulder press is gonna be a new favorite for shoulders. Overall solid burn for another day 🔥 time to kill it on leg day tomorrow 🏋️♀️😤😈 keep ‘em coming bruh
