Warm up:
3x30 seconds of shoulder circles
2-3 sets (10-15 reps) of barbell press increasing the weight till your working set.

As usual, 15 mins later and my shoulders are still on fire ๐ฅ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ those DB lateral raises wrapped up the workout well ! Still trying my best to up my core and upper body strength. Looking forward to that leg day tomorrow ๐ gonna boil these legs to noodles ๐ฎโ๐จ๐คฃ๐ช๐ผ
