Please use an assisted pull up machine or bands to take some bodyweight off it needed.
Warm up with dead hangs and foam roll the back for 2-3 minut...Β more

Simple pull day; but strategically hitting the key muscles, will be sore from those 100 chin ups π but hey no pain no gain πποΈββοΈ
