Trap bar can be replaced with traditional deadlifts.
Warm up with 3-4 sets of deadlifts
10-15 reps each set increasing the weight till your working sets. ...ย more

Absolutely demolished my legs to no return, itโs now one step at a time ๐คฃ took my time and did everything with good form as possible. The burn is insane and so will the DOMS. But hey no pain no gain. As always, a solid leg workout once again ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ช๐ผ๐ฅ
