Absolutely demolished my legs to no return, it’s now one step at a time 🀣 took my time and did everything with good form as possible. The burn is insane and so will the DOMS. But hey no pain no gain. As always, a solid leg workout once again πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯
