Trap bar can be replaced with traditional deadlifts.

Absolutely demolished my legs to no return, itβs now one step at a time π€£ took my time and did everything with good form as possible. The burn is insane and so will the DOMS. But hey no pain no gain. As always, a solid leg workout once again ποΈββοΈπͺπΌπ₯
