Absolutely demolished my legs to no return, itโ€™s now one step at a time ๐Ÿคฃ took my time and did everything with good form as possible. The burn is insane and so will the DOMS. But hey no pain no gain. As always, a solid leg workout once again ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ”ฅ
