I’ve detailed a text on todays workout cause I had to substitute for most since it was landmines and PF doesnt have any. Also kinda proud , today was the first I attempted to squat 60lbs and it went great; I surprised myself. To wrap up the workout with Barbell Squats to failure, I thought I took a 50lb barbell from the rack; did 2 sets of 30, when I was done, then I realized it was a 60lb barbell ! Slowly making the progress 🏋️‍♀️🥳🔥💪🏼
