Feels good to workout again. And even better to do leg day 🏋️‍♂️🫡 those leg press burned them quads real good 🔥😂 always pulling through with those solid leg days💪🏼

The calf raises to wrap up left them on fire . Bro this was a solid leg day as usual. These legs are roasted 🤣🏋️‍♀️🔥 definitely seeing some growth in the calves. Looking forward to the next leg day 😈
