Another intense leg day 🏋️‍♂️ ended drenched in sweat. Subbed a few exercises. Now to eat and prep for the recovery of these destroyed legs 🤣

These noodles were boiled 🤣 massive leg day, always the best and look forward to it every time. Maxed out as usual and we hit a new PR of 70lbs squatting 🏋️‍♀️🔥 solid workout my guy 💪🏼
