Bench supported cable shoulder press

- Stand holding a dumbbell in each hand. Elbows in line with ear. 
- Press one dumbbell overhead while the other holds at the bottom. 
- Lower the dumbbell and repeat with the next arm. Keep core and glutes tight.

DB standing shoulder press (alternating arms)

- Hold dumbbells at 90° elbow bend
- Keep this bend throughout the entire movement
-Slight pause at the top and control down

Bent arm lateral raise

DB row/fly rear delt variation

Seated straight bar cable rear delt rows
