Start on an incline and pump blood into your chest/front delt

It really be the simple workouts. It wasnโt machine related but the chest burn was on highhhh ๐ฅ๐ฅ had to sub the incline chest flys with Incline DB chest flys, felt the stretch and burn. Overall solid workout and 10 mins later my chest is still on fire ๐ฎโ๐จ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
