It really be the simple workouts. It wasnโ€™t machine related but the chest burn was on highhhh ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ had to sub the incline chest flys with Incline DB chest flys, felt the stretch and burn. Overall solid workout and 10 mins later my chest is still on fire ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ
