2-3 sets of bench press! You guys know the drill, start with the bar and increase the weight each set.

My arms are noodles ๐ , I increased the weights today and pushed through; the burn was intense coming down to the Med Ball Push-ups. When it came to that, I barely pushed through; it was definitely to failure for those push-ups. Overall solid workout cause my arms are wobbling rn ๐ค๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ฅ๐ช๐ผ
