My arms are noodles ๐Ÿœ , I increased the weights today and pushed through; the burn was intense coming down to the Med Ball Push-ups. When it came to that, I barely pushed through; it was definitely to failure for those push-ups. Overall solid workout cause my arms are wobbling rn ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
