My arms are noodles π , I increased the weights today and pushed through; the burn was intense coming down to the Med Ball Push-ups. When it came to that, I barely pushed through; it was definitely to failure for those push-ups. Overall solid workout cause my arms are wobbling rn π€ποΈββοΈπ₯πͺπΌ
