Gotta love hitting core 🔥solid chest burns from those bench press. Time to crunch in more meals. Didn’t get to do the full workout but will wrap it up tomorrow.

It’s good to be back ! This was great crushing workout at the end with the leg raises ! Getting there with small steps towards a bigger goal 🔥💪🏼
