Warm up with bent over rows
Start with the bar and increase the weight each set (2-3 sets. 10-15 reps)
As you can most of the movements are done with lots of control. Really focus on the squeeze and stretch!

Definitely pushed through this back day. As always, the burn is real ๐ฅ๐ค Iโd like to think I increased some of the weights today; I really had to push through some reps, but I take my time to get the form right cause if that isnโt right then thereโs no progress.
