Warm up:
2-3 sets of lat pulldown (10-15 reps). Increase the weight each set till your working set weight.

Got up early and grinded , great back workout, the Alt Pulldowns was definitely unique and helped focused on each Lat and gave a huge burn. The back burner is on high ๐คฃ as always, pushed through, time to crunch in the calories ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
