Got up early and grinded , great back workout, the Alt Pulldowns was definitely unique and helped focused on each Lat and gave a huge burn. The back burner is on high ๐Ÿคฃ as always, pushed through, time to crunch in the calories ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ
