A bit sore from yesterday but solid back and bicep day; pushed through and as mentioned before sticking to that mind muscle connection and focusing on each rep rather than trying to get more reps in. Back is sore and will definitely feel the sore biceps tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜‚ awesome routine man ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
