Pretty back burning workout today. The DOMS from leg day finally hit but we can still crush upper body. We live for the burns and a solid workout ! Keep coming with the routines; especially the ones that have underestimated workouts ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ
