2-3 sets of 10-15 reps! Increasing the weight each set till your working set.

Pretty back burning workout today. The DOMS from leg day finally hit but we can still crush upper body. We live for the burns and a solid workout ! Keep coming with the routines; especially the ones that have underestimated workouts ๐ค๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ฅ
