Pushed through another solid workout, core is on fire, the biceps burned ๐Ÿ”ฅ not so sore from yesterdays leg day but the cramp is still there, thought j couldnโ€™t do the decline push ups but I manage to do them ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ
