Pushed through another solid workout, core is on fire, the biceps burned ๐ฅ not so sore from yesterdays leg day but the cramp is still there, thought j couldnโt do the decline push ups but I manage to do them ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ฅ๐ฎโ๐จ
