Iโ€™ve been doing everything to failure , or if it says 8/10/12 reps I double to 16/20/24. Pushing the boundaries as to how much I can get. Felt it from the previous leg day and chest, but the itโ€™s all worth it, my arms feel pumped up ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ
