Warm up:
First two exercises, 2-3 sets. Start light and increase the weight each set. 10-15 reps.
Time to grow those arms ๐ช๐ผ

Solid arm day ! Still working on increasing the weights but hey , 2 months of consistency is going well, into the 3rd so Iโm working on continuing to increase my strength. Surprisingly not that sore from yesterday leg day mashup , but itโll probably creep up tomorrow morning ๐คฃ
