Solid arm day ! Still working on increasing the weights but hey , 2 months of consistency is going well, into the 3rd so Iโ€™m working on continuing to increase my strength. Surprisingly not that sore from yesterday leg day mashup , but itโ€™ll probably creep up tomorrow morning ๐Ÿคฃ
