I did 2-3 sets of the altering bicep curls before my working sets.

Went a bit late today, gym was extremely packed but I got my weights , took a corner and pushed through. My arms are noodles right now ๐คฃ the triceps were on fire ๐ฅ time to go home and crunch in another meal !
